Joanne Salcido received her B.S. in biology from Stanford University and her Ph.D. in biochemistry from the Oregon Health Sciences University. She conducted post-doctoral research in the department of Molecular Pharmacology at Stanford University. Dr. Salcido worked extensively in management consulting in the biopharmaceutical industry and is currently the manager at Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure (ABC²). ABC² is a not-for-profit organization that is focused on accelerating the development of therapies that will significantly improve treatment outcomes for patients with brain cancer.
